Orders that are received by 6pm Eastern time will usually ship the next business day.
What if any of the products I order are not available?
Customers will be informed via e-mail or phone if any of the products in their order are delayed or on backorder.

Where do you ship product to?
We can ship to the 48 contiguous states plus Alaska and Hawaii. We're sorry, but at this time we are not able to process international orders.
What are your shipping rates?
At hurricanestore.com, we think you should know how much it will cost to ship your product when you order it. Our site has a direct link to FedEx that allows us to compute the shipping charges during the checkout process - but before you're committed to purchasing. We offer all FedEx domestic options. You can try different options to see what the cost will be. Then you can make your choice and proceed with the rest of the checkout process.
How long do I have to return a purchase?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please take up to 30 days to decide if you would like to keep your purchase. If, within that time, you decide to return your purchase (or if there is a defective product), you may return the unopened and unused product for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Is everything returnable?
Due to the nature of the items that we sell, there would be a safety issue in accepting certain items for return. Therefore, the following products can not be accepted for return:
How do I make a return?
All returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To receive an RMA number, please call our Customer Care line at 1-800-601-7092 from 9am-6pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. Returned merchandise must be shipped via UPS to ensure a tracking number is available.
What about products with expiration dates?
Our foods come directly from the manufacturers and we acquire the freshest product with the longest shelf life available. However, we cannot guarantee that these items will have the full shelf life as advertised and indicated from the manufacturer due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping times, and the fact that we have to warehouse these items for interim periods in order to have them available for immediate customer order fulfillment.
What if the product doesn't look exactly like the picture on the web site?
We make every effort to provide current and accurate product images and descriptions, however manufacturers constantly update and modify their product models. While we strive for 100% accuracy we cannot be responsible for image and or minor text inaccuracies, errors or omissions that do not render a product materially different by altering the basic functionality, value and utility.
Are shipping charges refundable?
HurricaneStore.com will refund standard shipping charges (from us to you) and priority postage or Ground UPS shipping charges (from you to us) ONLY when due to defect in merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to read and adhere to the manufacturers recommendations and operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond the control of hurricanestore.com are not covered in this policy.
What if the shipment is damaged?
If a package is damaged, you should inform the shipper immediately and complete their reporting process for packages damaged in transit. You must contact us to inform us of a damaged shipment within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or we can not be responsible for shipment damage.
